(Manufacturer) and M/s Zorvia Healthcare Limited (Marketer) under Paragraph 5 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 (DPCO, 2013). The computation is based on January 2026 market data.
The calculation considered 20 listed SKUs, with qualifying brands having market share of 1% or more. The qualifying products included Trazer Met, Metital, PX7, Ovafirm M, Myocyst M, Cystop M, Corectia M and Incyst M. Based on the considered market data, the worked-out retail price is ₹24.45 per tablet, excluding GST, and the proposed retail price is also ₹24.45 per tablet, excluding GST, after applying the prescribed 16% retailer margin.
Accordingly, the proposed retail price for the specified myo-Inositol 600 mg + Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg sustained-release tablet is ₹24.45 per tablet excluding GST. The determination is relevant to the specified manufacturer and marketer for compliance with the retail price fixed under the DPCO, 2013.
